These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WonderColor mobile application provided by ScoopLabs Tech. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WonderColor, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Intended Audience

WonderColor is designed for children ages 2–8 under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or caregiver. By allowing a child to use the app, you confirm that you are the child's parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WonderColor only for its intended purpose as a creative coloring application. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application, nor use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All coloring pages, illustrations, designs, icons, animations, and the overall visual design of WonderColor are the exclusive property of ScoopLabs Tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. User-Created Content

Artwork created by users within the app remains the property of the user. ScoopLabs Tech does not claim ownership of user-created artwork. All user-created content is stored locally on the device.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoopLabs Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Updates

We may release updates to WonderColor from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or improvements. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
